- Janice Lane Co-Owner of JML Properties, LLC is pleased to announce their ground breaking
ceremony for a new single family home being constructed at 911 Pine Street in the Historic Lower
Waverly District in downtown Columbia.
- Janice is Co-Owner of JML Properties, LLC, a local real estate investment company. Janice is
also the Founder and President Capitol City Real Estate Investors, LLC. Janice formed the
company in 2002 as a support network for local real estate investors. CCREI is one of only five
real estate investor groups operating here in South Carolina and has nearly 300 members.
CCREI’s primary purpose is to provide educational seminars, networking and a meeting place for
new investors to find a mentor.
- According to Janice, we provide our members with the opportunity to learn the most up-to-date
information and techniques required to build a successful real estate investing business. Janice
is also a strong advocate for Ethical Business practices. Private real estate investors commonly
deal with vulnerable homeowners who have no one else to turn to for help to resolve the difficult,
stressful situation that they find themselves in.
- As demonstrated by their extensive rehabbing projects, our members are dedicated to
improving neighborhoods and seeing that our citizens are afforded the opportunity to achieve the
